“Putting the Clocks Back” Reliability Ride

16 09 2011

Audlem Cycling Club announces the “Putting the Clocks Back” Reliability Ride on Sunday 30th October.  All club members plus riders from our neighbouring clubs – and anyone else for that matter – are invited to take part in the 55 mile ride that will follow the same route as that used in the very successful February event – ie; Audlem to Whitchurch, Malpas, Tattenhall, Beeston, Nantwich, Bridgemere and back to Audlem.    It will cost just £2 to enter and you will be given a map with directions – no signposting out on the route – cafe stop at Tattenhall if you wish but otherwise you’re on your own!   Those that took part in February have now got a summer riding and racing in their legs so will be out to improve on their time – those that didn’t can set a benchmark to better when we run this again next February.    An excellent way to close the season so sign on at Audlem Cyclesport by 9am as the ride will leave the Square at 9-15 sharp.   Those who forget to put the clocks back will no doubt roll up in Audlem for 10am!!!    We look forward to seeing a big turnout.
