Audax – What is it and how do I get involved?

29 04 2013

Audax UK arrange  a series of rides throughout the year that cover distances from 100km to 1500km .They are not auklogo2012races or sportives, however there are timing /control points on the routes (normally at a cafe/tea shop).   The routes are normally run over great scenery and interesting roads  and to aid navigation a route map is provided.    They are a great way of getting miles in and socialising with other riders.  Speeds for these rides generally will average 14 mph to 18mph
